The Hague Convention

Your Passport for Documents

An Apostille (pronounced "ah-po-steel") is a specialized certificate issued by the Secretary of State. It authenticates the origin of a public document (like a birth certificate, notarized contract, or judgment) so it will be recognized as valid in another country.

Without it, your documents are worthless abroad.

For countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention, an Apostille is all you need. For non-member countries, a more complex process called Embassy Legalization is required. We handle both.

Scope of Service

Documents We Authenticate

Whether for dual citizenship, international business, or overseas education, we ensure your paperwork is accepted.

Vital Records

Birth Certificates, Marriage Licenses, and Death Certificates. Note: These must be certified copies issued by the state/county, not photocopies.

Corporate Documents

Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, ISO Certificates, and Board Resolutions needed for opening foreign bank accounts or establishing subsidiaries.

Academic Records

University Diplomas and Transcripts for working or studying abroad. Usually requires notarization by the school registrar first.

FBI Background Checks

Federal documents require US Department of State authentication in Washington D.C., not just state-level processing. We handle this federal courier service.

Power of Attorney

Authorizing someone to act on your behalf in another country. Must be notarized perfectly before the Apostille can be attached.

Commercial Invoices

Shipping manifests and Certificates of Origin often require Chamber of Commerce attestation followed by Embassy Legalization.

Concierge Authentication

The process of obtaining an Apostille is bureaucratic, time-consuming, and unforgiving of errors. One mistake means rejection and starting over.

We Do It All

We handle the Notarization, the Courier to the Secretary of State, the Fee Payment, and the Return Shipping. You stay home.

Rejection PRevention

We pre-screen your documents to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the destination country before submission.
